Sterling National Bank - Terrible!
I followed all procedures to be able to access my accounts from Astoria to Sterling. When I log on I can see my CD and checking accounts but my savings account is missing.
I know my money is still there but Iโve called since Monday to have this issue resolved and still nothing. I plan to withdraw all accounts if this isnโt cleared up ASAP.

This workaround may work for you. Forget about that Sterling Connect - written by *** Go the home page of Sterling - SNB dot COM.
On the upper right hand corner of the home page, in gold, is an option that reads "My Account". Hover over it, then click on the first item in the drop down list, Personal Online Banking. The next page will ask you to log in. After you log in, you will come to a screen that looks very similar to the old Astoria one.
This online banking system is by Fiserv, a competitor to the one Astoria used.
Lots of banks that use Fiserv have online tutorials on how to use that system. The website onlinebanktours has one for Sterling.
I was a happy and loyal Astoria customer for many years. I also followed all the required steps in a timely manner.
The online banking is completely useless. I don't know what bills are being paid and not. I have gotten two late notices so far because I can't even check if I already entered a bill to be paid. I am giving them until Wednesday morning.
If the system does not work perfectly when I get up that morning, I am driving down to remove all my money and brink it to a bank that knows what the *** they are doing.
I am an IT professional. I have NEVER seem a system merger rolled out this poorly.
